Terms & Conditions
All payments are required in full upon confirmation of your order, processed via bank transfer. For orders placed three months or more in advance, a non-refundable deposit of £25 is necessary to secure your chosen date. The remaining balance must be settled 14 days before your scheduled collection day. Failure to complete the final payment will result in the cancellation of your order. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an email with payment details.
To make inquiries, please contact us via our contact form, providing details of your desired order. We will endeavor to provide you with a quote within 24 hours. To confirm your order, kindly submit full payment and send your acceptance via email. Your booking will be held for 48 hours upon receipt of bank details for payment. If payment is not made within this time frame, you will need to inquire again to confirm availability. Please note that priority will be given to customers who have made full payment.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are reserving our time for the creation of a bespoke product(s) specified in your order. We will commence work on your instructions immediately if your selected date is less than three weeks from the purchase date, or sooner if the order is received within three weeks of the desired date. Once production has begun, the cancellation fee is 100%.
Modifications and alterations to orders may be considered at the discretion of Izzy's Cakes, Bakes & Puddings on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline any adjustments or alterations after an order has been finalized.
Please be aware that due to the nature of our products, there may be variations between the product you receive and those displayed in our gallery. While we strive to fulfill your requested design, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in colours or design compared to our gallery. By placing an order, you accept that there may be variances in colours and design.
The final design, and any variations thereof, are ultimately at the discretion of Izzy's Cakes, Bakes & Puddings to ensure the best possible outcome for each individual customer.
We reserve the right to use images of your cake for any advertising including web based promotions, brochures, galleries and competitions.
Any non edible items are always advised on collection/delivery and should be removed prior to consumption. Tiered cakes will contain plastic or wooden dowels and should be removed.
Storage
To keep your cake in a perfect condition, it must be stored in the fridge. Once cut, we recommend you storing the remaining cake at room temperature. Before eating please allow your cake slices to come back to room temperature. Please consume your cake within 5 days.
Whilst we take every care to ensure no cross-contamination, please be aware that all items made by us happen in a kitchen that handles allergens.
Do we accommodate for dietary requirements?
Due to the style of our cakes, we cannot offer Vegan, Dairy-free, Gluten-free, Egg-free cake options. We work within a kitchen that handles Nuts, Dairy, Gluten & Soy.
Can you copy a design if I send it over?
While inspiration images are totally welcome to get an idea of design, we WIL NOT directly replicate other cakes for copyright reasons and personal preference. All cakes therefore will be bespoke and uniquee to each client. We like to describe our design style as 'intuitive' meaning we can connect with certain elements and flow of design to attain a desired outcome or aesthetic.
How should I transport my cake?
Cakes are best transported on a flat surface, such as the floor or boot of your vehicle, and air conditioning always on.

Can I return my cake?
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the same original packaging. As confectionary items are made on demand and are perishable goods, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, once the order has been confirmed through payment and the production process has begun.
Loss or damage
We cannot accept any claim for damage, loss or deterioration after the delivery or collection has been made. Please read the storage and handling instructions carefully upon receipt of your order.

The below is a guide to the number of portions that can be obtained from various sizes, if you're not sure about the size you are looking for, just ask and we'll be happy to help you.
